ACTS

The Health Personnel Act regulates the authorisation and licensing of health personnel as well as the approval of specialists, see Ch. 9. Ch. 12 regulates procedures in respect of complaints about decisions relating to authorisation and licensing etc. as well as about reactions of the authorities when health personnel may have failed in their duties.
