FORMSConfirmations The Norwegian Registration Authority for Health Personnel (SAFH) will issue written confirmation in respect of authorisations and permissions processed in the Norwegian Register of Health Personnel (HPR), i.e. authorisation, licence, Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training, and the right to prescribe pharmaceuticals. Such confirmation may be issued to health personnel themselves, employers or others who want confirmation that a given person does in fact possess such authorisation.It is also possible to obtain a printout of all the categories of personal data about an individual that are being processed in the HPR. Such attestations or printouts are produced in a standard format in Norwegian and English. This service is free of charge.
